Commitment begins with conviction.
NOVA was established to explore ways of providing assistance personally, responsibly and without needless barriers. At its centre are people in Ukraine who have lost safety, health or the familiar foundations of everyday life.
Responsibility begins with listening.
There is no single answer to every situation. Children need reassurance, families practical relief and people affected by severe experiences may need time, safety and professional care. Every worthwhile project therefore begins with a conversation and a careful assessment of what is really needed.
Frank Wittmann takes a personal approach through NOVA: connecting people, making appropriate assistance possible and respecting the dignity of everyone involved.

No staged success stories. No invented achievements. Just a clear sense of personal responsibility.
Independent and private
NOVA is not a public institution, government body or diplomatic representation. It operates solely in a private capacity. Partnerships are only described as established once actually agreed.
